We are pleased to now offer Reflexology and Indian Head Massage at the WatersEdge clinic.
Reflexology is a natural healing therapy based on the principle that there are reflexes on the face, hands and feet that correspond to each part, gland and organ of the body. Through specific thumb, finger and hand massage techniques to these areas, reflexology can reduce stress and anxiety, improve circulation, ease headaches and more.
Facial reflexology works by stimulating reflex points and zones on the scalp and face that can help stimulate the brain. It is a gentle and non-invasive technique achieved by using the fingertips for reflex point massage on the face and scalp. These reflex points are said to relate to different parts of our anatomy. Facial reflexology can encourage healthy blood flow, sinus relief and effective lymph drainage of the face, as well as promote a profound relaxed state for your body.
Reflexology treatments may be booked individually for the face, hands, or feet.
